Deals are submitted by venues and authorised partners. Prices, availability, expiry times and conditions can change without notice. Always confirm an offer directly with the business before travelling, purchasing or booking.

Last Call Bali is a discovery directory, not the seller or booking provider. Any purchase, reservation, refund or service issue is handled between you and the venue.

By creating a partner account or submitting a deal, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you are authorised to represent the named business. You remain responsible for keeping venue details, contact links and deal conditions current.

We may review, edit, pause, reject or remove listings that are inaccurate, expired, unlawful, misleading or inconsistent with the quality of the directory.

When you register, submit a deal, join the newsletter or send an advertising inquiry, we may store the contact and business information you provide. This can include your name, email address, business name, WhatsApp number, location, logo and message.

We use this information to operate partner accounts, review listings, respond to requests and send communications you have requested. We do not sell personal data.

We use analytics to understand aggregated traffic and page performance. Deal pages may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Those services apply their own terms and privacy practices when you follow a link.

The Last Call Bali name, design and original editorial content may not be copied or republished without permission. Venue partners retain responsibility for the images, logos and offer information they submit and grant us permission to display that material for operating and promoting the directory.

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service and cannot guarantee that every listing will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Last Call Bali is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on outdated venue information or from transactions made directly with a third party.
